Why should I choose a Wings Etc. franchise?

Wings Etc. is a solid business system with successful franchisees. Our operational training, buying power, field support, and marketing provide a distinct advantage over less-defined sports bar concepts or ‘cookie-cutter’ national restaurants.

What is your Franchise Fee and how much will I pay in royalties?

Our franchise fee is $39,500. Our royalty percentage is 5%. Both are very competitive within the full-service restaurant industry and provide the necessary resources to ensure excellent pre-opening support, Grand Opening support, and ongoing operational and business support.

What training does Wings Etc. offer to a new franchisee?

We’ll answer that question with a VERY important point: Wings Etc. operates 16 company-owned stores and has real-world, day-to-day operational and business experience driving sales for our concept. This level of investment and commitment has resulted in a franchise training program that is built upon continually improving best practices, excellent documentation, extensive daily, weekly, and monthly forms, and deep industry experience in national chain restaurants among our trainers. Our training program includes up to six weeks of comprehensive, hands-on training for you and your management staff.

Can you help me with selecting a site for my Wings Etc. restaurant?

Certainly. We offer considerable support in helping you find just the right location. As most people know, location and its variables (sq. ft. cost, utilities, traffic counts, etc.) can make or break a business venture. We have extensive site selection experience—including for our own company locations—and we are committed to being part of your site selection process.

How long will it take for me to open my doors?

There are several factors that could influence opening (availability of suitable sites, timetable for local permits, bank financing, etc.). However, the process from initial inquiry to Grand Opening can be as little as 6 months!

What are the requirements for selecting a site for my Wings Etc.?

As in most cases with real estate, rule number one is, “Location, location, location.” It is, without a doubt, the single most influential factor in determining long term business success. For a Wings Etc. location, the potential site should offer suitable population demographics, good visibility, good ingress and egress, high daily traffic counts, proximity to commercial and residential populations, and affordable buildout costs.

What types of franchises do you grant?

We offer both single unit and multiunit franchise options. Whether you prefer to build out an entire market or build your own small local pub, Wings Etc. has a franchise package to fit your needs.

How is Wings Etc. food compared to other “bar food”?

For 24 STRAIGHT years, our wings have been voted “Best Wings” in the greater South Bend area. Our attention to food quality in our wings, as well as our burgers, ribs, wraps, subs, quesadillas, salads, and appetizers, has provided our sports bar franchisees a distinct advantage compared to typical bar businesses that serve marginal-quality “pub grub.”
